Murree transporters did not reduce fares

Murree transporters did not reduce fares in spite of the reduction in prices of petroleum products. Fares from Murree to Rawalpindi are being charged at Rs. 200 and Rs. 180 respectively. Inflation has gone out of control after a stormy Rs 10 hike in diesel and petrol prices by the government a few days ago. Poor people have lost their livelihood. The government has started charging Rs 160 to Rs 180 to Rs 200 but today despite the reduction in petroleum projects by the government, the fares have not been reduced due to which daily fights and quarrels have become the norm. People have demanded from the administration that Provides relief to the people on shortage of petroleum products
